AT THE MARKET:
This week at the markets, in addition to my usual flowers, I have lots of autumn goodies including my first dried flower wreath of the year, more broomcorn swags, little flowered gourds, a fresh batch of greeting cards, and some copies of my children's Halloween book: The Witching Hour. And Saturday I'll have my first fresh-cut broom corn. It's a bit spindly this year from all the rain early early on, so it'll be discounted. I also have mums and squash again this week for our final Cheshire market of the season.
