The Woodland Elf Quote of the Week: "Could a greater miracle take place than for us to look through each other's eyes for an instant?" ~ Henry David Thoreau | | AT THE MARKET: Well, it's pretty much the end of my flowers. Two freezes was enough to take out even most of the sunflowers. All I've got left are a few flowers here and there that were low enough to be protected from the frost. So I won't have much (if any) flowers this week. But I do still have broomcorn, flowered gourds and also a few carved pumpkins (put in your request this week, and I'll bring it carved next week for Halloween). Also next Wednesday the 28th is the final day of the Victor farm market. Bring the kids down to trick or treat at the vendors' tables.
Canandaigua Farmers Market: Saturdays, 8:30am-12:30pm, June-October Under the Mill Street Pavilion
